Use gnocchi in a variety of recipes
If you have never made a recipe with Gnocchi, you need to try this one. Gnocchi is absolutely delicious and can be used in many recipes. Try it!
Gnocchi with Mushrooms
16 ounces potato gnocchi
3 tablespoons butter
8 ounces baby Bella mushrooms (sliced)
2 teaspoons minced garlic
3 green onions (chopped)
cup chicken broth
3 tablespoon heavy cream
2 tablespoons flour salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Cook gnocchi according to directions. In a skillet melt butter, add mushrooms, onions, and garlic, saute about 5 minutes until tender. Add salt & pepper,remove and set aside. In the same skillet add broth,cream,and flour. Whisk until smooth, simmer on low for 3-4 minutes. Add gnocchi, stir in parmesan and mix well.
