The Prescott Farmers Market will welcome customers to its “pop-up” market at Granville, Prescott Valley, at the Vista Point Event Center from 3 to 6 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 15.

This is the final pop-up market of Prescott Farmers Market’s summer 2018 season in Prescott Valley. The address of the market will be 4401 N. Tuscany Way, on the west side of Glassford Hill Road.

Stop by the Vista Point Event Center to visit vendors offering locally-grown vegetables, baked goods, eggs, meats, and more. A full vendor list will be posted in the Facebook event before the market opens.

“A farmers market is a unique place. It’s so much more than your regular grocery store. It’s a gathering place for delicious food grown, harvested, and cooked by our neighbors,” said PFM Market Manager JB Del Campo.

Since 1997, PFM has operated markets of various sizes in several locations in the greater Prescott area. PFM operates a larger weekly market on Saturdays in Prescott at Yavapai College. The market is open from 7:30 a.m. until noon every Saturday through Oct. 27. The winter market will open at Prescott High School on Saturday, Nov. 10, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

PFM is a producer-only farmers market, meaning every item sold is either grown or produced by the seller using Arizona-grown ingredients.

Customers can swipe their SNAP/EBT, debit or credit cards to receive tokens at the information booth. The Double Up Food Bucks Arizona program allows customers to double their SNAP benefits at the market, up to $20 per market visit. All vendors always accept cash.
