Senior Menus for the week of Monday, Oct. 8 to Friday, Oct. 12

Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser St., Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Pork chops, roasted sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli, whole wheat bread and applesauce.

Tuesday: Hearty beef chili, baked potato, corned bread, glazed beets and peaches.

Wednesday: Shepherd’s pie, garden blend vegetables, hot apples, whole-wheat bread and radish salad.

Thursday: Fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, coined carrots, whole-wheat bread and pears.

Friday: Chicken teriyaki, brown rice, Oriental vegetables, egg roll and mandarin orange.

Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-3337, Menus subject to change.

Monday: Lemon-pepper fish on steamed rice with tartar and cocktail sauce, Oriental vegetables, pineapple compote and fortune cookie.

Tuesday: Sloppy joes open face with cheese, 3-bean salad, tater tots and fruit cobbler with ice cream.

Wednesday: Pork loin roast, au jus, garden salad, roasted potatoes, carrots, celery onion, warm apple sauce and cookie.

Thursday: Spaghetti and meatballs, marinara, garden salad, Italian vegetables, garlic dinner roll and fruit pie with ice cream.

Friday: Chicken tenders with ranch dressing on rice, stewed tomatoes, onion rings, fruit and pudding and cookie.

Chino Valley Senior Center Nutrition Program, 1021 W. Butterfield 636-9114 serves from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Hamburger steak with grilled onions, mushroom sin gravy, scalloped potatoes, winter blend vegetables and peach muffin.

Tuesday: Beef pot pie, mashed potatoes, peas and apple crumble.

Wednesday: Spaghetti and meatballs, roasted squash, green beans, garlic toast, mixed fruit and ice cream social.

Thursday: Lemon Dijon chicken, with apple stuffing, green beans, acorn squash and pineapple Jell-O.

Friday: Chunky chili with cheese and onions, stuffed baked potato, fiesta corn, corn muffin and peach pudding.
