Lake Valley Elementary School is honored and proud to recognize Anastasia Brantley, K-3 SPED Co-teacher, as the November HUSD Teacher of the Month. Mrs. Brantley has been an educator for eight years; the last two have been here at Lake Valley. She is one of those hard working and dedicated teachers that always gives 110 percent of herself into her teaching and is here because of her love for education and kids.

Mrs. Brantley is a teacher who shows care, love, and support for all students as well as her colleagues. She is a positive member of our team and highly collaborative. She is a part of four grade levels for support and is often found running from one end of our campus to the other. She is highly dedicated to the students she serves and does anything and everything for their success. It is not uncommon to see her laying on the floor soothing a student, walking around helping give students breaks, or sitting side by side in a classroom guiding students through a lesson. Her level of support for our kids is second to none. Congratulations Mrs. Brantley!
