Yavapai County 4-H introduces ‘My Preparedness Initiative’

Yavapai County 4-H Youth Development Program presents MyPI, an Arizona Youth Preparedness Initiative. My PI fosters emergency preparedness, civic responsibility, and leadership in teens. This Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Certification Training is free to youth ages 13-19.

The program is offered at 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. March 11-15 each day at the Yavapai County Cooperative Extension office located on 840 Rodeo Drive, Building C in Prescott. Pre-registration is required and applications are available at The program is free with a $50 deposit (refundable upon program completion). Call 928-445-6590 extension 229 for additional questions.
