Prescott senior golfer Dillion Osborn signed his national letter of intent Wednesday to keep swinging a club for the next four years, inking his name on a sheet of paper in front of family and friends to attend Missouri Valley College in the fall.
Back of the Pack running club offering two summer sessions
Prescott’s Back of the Pack running club, created to help beginners, is scheduled to offer two summer sessions this year, each lasting about four weeks. The first session runs Saturday, June 9, through Saturday, June 30, with session two beginning Saturday, July 7, and going through Saturday, July 28. The cost of each session is $25, which includes four coach-led group runs and two cross-training sessions each week. Old Pueblo claims 65-70 age division crown in Tobin-Glick tourney
Old Pueblo claimed its second-straight Tobin-Glick Memorial Senior Softball Tournament championship with a 25-17 win Friday afternoon at Pioneer Park in Prescott. Old Pueblo went 3-0 after winning a double-elimination format tournament. Old Pueblo found themselves trailing by runs against the Desert Rats in the title game, but still came out on top. Other scores were not available at press time.
Prescott Athletic Club offering intro to tennis class

Prescott Rebels 12U club competing for national title in Cooperstown
The Prescott Rebels 12U youth baseball team has been chosen to play in the Cooperstown Dreams Park and American Youth Baseball Hall of Fame Invitational Tournament the week of July 28 in the “Magical Mythical Home of Baseball” in Cooperstown, New York. In addition to competing against teams from around the country, members of the Prescott Rebels will be enshrined into the prestigious American Youth Baseball Hall of Fame.
