Senior Menus for the week of Monday, May 7 to Friday, May 11

Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser St., Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Oriental chicken salad, oriental salad, cucumbers and tomato salad, chow Mein noodles and pineapple.

Tuesday: BBQ pork sandwiches, baked beans, glazed carrot raisin salad, coleslaw, whole wheat bun and mixed berry.

Wednesday: Country herb chicken, baked potato, mixed vegetables, radish and tomato slaw, whole wheat bread, strawberries and chocolate cake.

Thursday: Beef peppered steak with peppers, black beans and corn, squash medley, wholegrain bread and mixed fruit.

Friday: Salmon cakes, seasoned dill baby carrots, asparagus, fresh tomato salad, whole wheat bread and peaches and shortcake.

Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-3337, Menus subject to change.

Monday: Biscuits and country gravy, scrambled eggs, hash browns with peppers and onions, muffin and fruit salad.

Tuesday: Grilled cheese with tomato and bacon, steak fries, steamed veggies, fruity Jell-O with whip cream and cookie.

Wednesday: Tuna casserole with peas and carrots, garden salad, stewed tomatoes and fruit crisp with ice cream.

Thursday: Quiche with ham and bacon, garden salad, green bean almandine, glazed beets, Devine cookie and rainbow sherbet.

Friday: Chili dogs, mac-n-cheese, steamed vegetables, fruity Jell-O with whip cream and cookie.

Chino Valley Senior Center Nutrition Program, 1021 W. Butterfield 636-9114 serves from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, country gravy, tomato slices, succotash, biscuit, fruit salad and Jell-O.

Tuesday: BBQ beef sandwich, baked beans, carrot raisin salad, winter blend vegetables and peanut butter oatmeal raisin cookies.

Wednesday: Country herb baked chicken, twice baked potato (sour cream, onion, broccoli and cheese), cauliflower au gratin and ice cream social.

Thursday: Biscuits and gravy, sausage patty, vegetable scramble, hash browns and coffee cake.

Friday: Beef wellington (roast beef in puff pastry), garlic mashed potato, tomato slices, asparagus with lemon, croissants and cheesecake with shaved chocolate.
