Lane closures planned along Highway 69 in Prescott Valley
Drivers should allow extra travel time
The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for lane closures on north- and southbound Highway 69 from Stoneridge Drive to Heather Heights (mileposts 290 and 296) while pavement preservation work is underway.
The work is scheduled to occur overnight; it began Thursday, June 7, and continues from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Friday, June 8, according to a Thursday news release.
Highway 69 will be narrowed to one lane in each direction with partial closures. Flaggers will be in place directing traffic through the work zone.
Drivers should proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction personnel and equipment.
Schedules are subject to change based on weather and other unforeseen factors. For more information, please call the ADOT Project Information Line at 855-712-8530 or email Projects@azdot.gov.
