Planet Fitness in Prescott will celebrate the recent renovation of its Frontier Village Center location on July 31 with a $2,500 donation to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Arizona.
The donation is part of the company’s national philanthropic initiative, The Judgement Free Generation. Representatives from the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Central Arizona are expected to attend the grand opening event, along with staff from the Prescott Chamber of Commerce and city government officials.
The newly updated location, at 1841 E. Highway 69, Suite 112, spans over 20,000-square feet, also offers fully equipped locker rooms with day lockers and showers, flat-screen televisions, massage chairs, and more, according to a news release.
“Our focus on creating a workout environment where everyone feels accepted and respected — just got even better,” said Brandon Thomas, regional director of United PF Partners, the Planet Fitness Franchisee Group that currently operates 89 locations across 10 states. “We take pride in offering the Prescott community a clean, comfortable environment with high-quality, brand-name cardio and strength equipment, where a lasting, active lifestyle can be built.”
