CNN

Editor:

It is ironic that CNN, who bad mouths Fox News, is starting to use the Fox News playbook.

True news should not be used to reinforce the belief system of its viewers. News should be fact based and balanced. Fox News has always been more propaganda than news with its primary intent being to maintain its supporters’ beliefs or attempt to sway others.

However, over the past year, after direct attacks by President Trump and Fox news, CNN has continued to abase itself. They are now becoming “worthy” of these attacks.

CNN still does not put out blatant lies as Fox News tends to do, but CNN continues to cherry pick their facts as well as cherry pick the tone and flavor of stories they decide to put on their front page. CNN’s bias is starting to ooze from many of their stories.

I have always been a person who will select truth over loyalty and policies. If CNN continues its downward spiral, it will become the horrendous mirror image of Fox News.

Where the hell are we going to get reasonable balanced information? Or another question that is even scarier, why is it so many Americans appear to not want factual truthful information!? Is what we want to believe more important than reality?
