“Chains do not hold a marriage together. It is threads, hundreds of tiny threads, which sew people together through the years.” Simone Signoret. On June 8, two very special Prescott locals celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. William “Bill” White and Barbara White were married on June 8, 1968 in Arizona. They went to high school together and that is where they became sweethearts. Barbara was a member of the pom-pom squad of their local high school and Bill played on their high school’s football team. As they continued their life together they moved from the valley, after college, to Kingman and then to Prescott. Their marriage continues to bloom and grow with their life as well as does their family. We are truly blessed to have them in our lives and to continue to share many more years with them! Congratulations on 50 years married and several more together. Love - Alyssa, Bryan, Karen, Daniel, Logan, Mason and Aaron.
