Yavapai County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a man they said burglarized a Cornville home Wednesday, Feb .14, and was seen leaving with a stolen television, YCSO spokesman Dwight D’Evelyn said.

About 3 p.m., deputies were called to the home in the 200 block of South Page Springs Road due to a report of a man who had broken into a home while the female resident was out. When the woman returned home with her small child, she saw the suspect with the TV, D’Evelyn said, but the man left in an SUV before deputies could get there.

They identified him as Lucio Andrew Garcia, 32, of Camp Verde, D’Evelyn said. Deputies located Garcia’s vehicle at his home in the 3100 block of North Cherry Lane, Camp Verde. The television that was stolen was also recovered at the home, but Garcia has not been located.

He has black hair, brown eyes, is about 5’ 11” tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He is also registered as a level-3 sex offender.

Anyone with information on Garcia’s whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 928-771-3260 or make an anonymous call to Yavapai Silent Witness, 1-800-932-3232. If a tip to Silent Witness leads to an arrest, the caller becomes eligible for a cash reward.
