Primary Election results, Aug. 30 update

Voters in the Prescott area, Yavapai County and across the state of Arizona went to the polls Tuesday, Aug. 28, for the Primary Election.

Following are the unofficial results, with 100% of precincts reporting across the state – as of 6 p.m. Thursday; the local election results have precincts reporting upwards of 98%.

Officials in Yavapai County are reporting that turnout hit 41.43% with one precinct still to be added. In the state it was 28.18%.

The winners advance to the General Election, Nov. 6.
