My husband and I are both meat and potato people, so this shredded beef dish i right up our alley. Enjoy!

In a bowl combine the remaining brown sugar, and the next 6 ingredients, mix well then rub on the beef roast. Place meet in a hot skillet and brown on both sides before placing into the slow cooker. Pour the enchilada sauce over the meet in the slow cooker and cook on low 7-9 hours until meet is tender, then shred meat and return to slow cooker mixing into the sauce.
