Yavapai County Recorder Leslie Hoffman has announced that the last day to request an early ballot be mailed to you is Friday, Aug. 17, for the Aug. 28 Primary Election.
Please call her office at 928-771-3248 to request a ballot by mail.
Visit the Yavapai County Recorder’s Office at 1015 Fair St., Prescott or 10 S. 6th St., Cottonwood to vote early in person until 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24.
All permanent early voter ballots (PEVL) were mailed by Friday, Aug. 3, through the U.S. Mail. Please contact the Recorder's Office at 928-771-3248 if you have not received your PEVL ballot. Be sure to sign your affidavit envelope in your original handwriting, before mailing it back, a news release states.
If you are a registered Independent, Other or Party Not Designated and are on the Permanent Early Voter List, you must tell the county which party ballot you want mailed to you. Contact their office at 928-771-3248 or visit our website at yavapai.us/GoVote to request a one-time early ballot.
