Yavapai College is working with the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT) to conduct a national search for a new president. Current Yavapai College president Dr. Penny Wills is scheduled to retire in December.

The college will host two community forums to share information about the search process and how it will be conducted. Both forums will take place on Monday, Aug. 27.

One will begin at 10 a.m. at the college’s Verde Valley. The other will begin at 1:30 p.m. at the college’s Prescott campus, Building 3, Room 119.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions about Yavapai College’s future and what the college is looking for in its next president. Answering those questions will be Dr. Pam Fisher, search consultant for ACCT.
