Explore Italian cuisine in a knife-skills class led by Chef Aimee Novak

The University of Arizona Cooperative Extension Knife Skill Class – Explore Italy -- is set for 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 24, at 840 Rodeo Drive, Building C (Prescott office). Pre-registration is required. Cost is $15 and non-refundable. Space is limited, so register early by calling 928-445-6590 x221.

Chef Aimee Novak will be teaching a hands-on class that focuses on the fundamental techniques of safe and efficient knife care and handling. Participants will explore the fresh flavors found in traditional Italian recipes and will learn how regions influence ingredients.
