Rosalie C. Corsi

Rosalie C. Corsi was ushered into Heaven on April 07, 2018. The eldest of eight children, she was born in Los Angeles, Calif, on January 4, 1938. She resided in Spring Valley, Ariz, until the time her heart condition manifested in mid-2014.

Rose was proud to be a food server for over 50 years. While raising five children, she also enjoyed her friends, her church, and her pets. She was an active member of the Moose Lodge #319 in Prescott Valley, Ariz. Rose loved to travel, dance, and watch NASCAR with Don Hunter, a close friend of hers these past 15 years. By many friends, she was called, "Momma Rose" and "Rosie." She was known for helping those in need and rescuing stray animals - including Bob - the bobcat that found his way to Rose's front porch for food each morning.

Rose is survived by her daughter Carol (Norris/May) Abercrombie and five siblings. She was preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, Grady Norris; her husband of 29 years, Frank Corsi; and her children: Kenneth Norris, Donna Norris, Lynn Norris, and Billy Norris. She was a beloved Grandma to seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Her big heart and sassy attitude will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Heritage Memory Mortuary at 131 Grove Ave in Prescott. Burial will follow at Heritage Memorial Park at 12010 E. Heritage Memorial Lane in Dewey. A reception will follow the burial at the Moose Lodge #319 at 6501 E. 6th Street in Prescott Valley.
