Senior Menus for the week of Monday, 10/23 to Friday, 10/27

Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser St., Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Tortilla encrusted cod, cranberry salsa, roasted corn, asparagus, southwestern slaw, pears, and whole-wheat bread.

Tuesday: Ham and cheese quiche, skillet red potatoes with peppers, stewed tomatoes and spinach, melon medley and muffin.

Wednesday: chicken and dumplings, succotash, spinach, mandarin oranges, and whole-wheat bread.

Thursday: Roast pork, baked yams, steamed broccoli, apple slaw, fruit cocktail, whole-wheat bread.

Friday: Chicken teriyaki, brown rice, oriental blend veggies, sweet and sour cabbage, egg rolls, and pineapple.

Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-3337, Menus subject to change.

Monday: Chicken salad sandwich with lettuce and tomato, salad bar, chips, potato salad and fresh fruit.

Tuesday: Ham and beans, salad bar, corn bread, peas and carrots, peaches and cream.

Wednesday: Turkey burgers on toasted bun with grilled onions and cheese, salad bar, steak fries, green beans and fruity pudding.

Thursday: Spaghetti and meat balls marinara, mozzarella/tomato salad, salad bar, Italian vegetables, garlic toast, and cherry cheese cobber.

Friday: Meatloaf sandwich with mayo, salad bar, 3-0bean salad, potato chips, and fresh fruit.

Chino Valley Senior Center Nutrition Program, 1021 W. Butterfield 636-9114 serves from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Chipped beef on toast, green beans, grilled garlic squash, pineapple and cookies.

Tuesday: Beef tips on egg noodles, cauliflower and broccoli, beets, wheat roll and mandarin orange.

Wednesday: Pork roast, applesauce, gravy baked yams, steamed spinach, whole-wheat roll and happy birthday cake.

Thursday: Chicken and dumplings, succotash, carrots and baked apple.

Friday: French dip sandwich, seasoned fries, steamed broccoli, and vegetable pasta salad.
