Senior Menus for the week of Monday, April 3 to Friday, April 7

Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser St., Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Beef tips over noodles, asparagus; glazed carrots, beet salad, soup du jour, roll, fruit cup.

Tuesday: Shepherd’s pie, broccoli, mixed vegetables, three bean salad, bread, strawberries, pudding.

Wednesday: Pork roast, mashed potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower, cucumber/tomato salad, bread, applesauce.

Thursday: Lemon Dijon chicken, lemon glazed carrots, peas, romaine salad, roll, mandarin orange.

Friday: Beef pot roast, roasted potatoes, carrots and onions, diced beans, diced tomatoes, bread, soup du jour, applesauce.

Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-3337, Menus subject to change.

Monday: Grilled cheese with tomato, salad bar, French fries, steamed vegetables, fruit cup, cookie.

Tuesday: Beer battered cod, lemon yogurt sauce, salad bar – garden salad, sweet potato fries, baked beans, peaches and cream.

Wednesday: Chicken fried steak with country gravy, scrambled eggs, hash browns with peppers and onions, fruit salad.

Thursday: Italian baked chicken breast over egg noodles with white sauce, salad bar, California veggies, tomato onion salad.

Friday: Pork egg rolls with sweet and sour sauce, Lo Mein noodles, salad bar, Oriental veggies, Mandarin oranges with fortune cookie.

Chino Valley Senior Center Nutrition Program, 1021 W. Butterfield 636-9114 serves from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Menus subject to change.
