Sprouts property in Prescott sells for $7.46 Million, remains a Sprouts
CBRE Group, Inc., completed the sale of the site of Sprouts Farmers Market at the Depot Marketplace, 174 E. Sheldon St. in Prescott. Total consideration for the sale was $7.46 million.
The buyer was Prescott-based 174 E. Sheldon, LLC. The seller was Phoenix-based Kitchell Development Company. The property will continue to be managed by Prescott-based Arizona Commercial Management and will remain a Sprouts Framers Market.
Open since March 2017, the 44,237-square-foot Phoenix-based natural foods grocer took over the space formerly occupied by Haggen.
New mattress store coming soon
A new independently-owned mattress store called
Mattress America is set to open this summer.
Located in the Depot Marketplace, 100 E. Sheldon St. in Prescott, between Walgreens and Staples, the owner of the business is currently making improvements on the space, said Dan Frederiksen with Arizona Commercial, which manages the Depot Marketplace.
“We expect them to be open in August,” Frederiksen said.
Massage therapist expands
Molly Siregar has launched a new specialized massage therapy business called “High 5 Hand Massage — easing hand arthritis.”
Siregar has been a massage therapist in Prescott since 2002. She opened “High 5 Hand Massage — easing hand arthritis” in March. The business, 315 S. Cortez St. in Prescott, focuses on improving flexibility, circulation and function in the hands and forearms.
