Need2Know: PV chamber business academy; Flex Realty changes leadership

The Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce will begin its now-annual business academy on Tuesday, Jan. 24. This will be the 11th business academy the chamber has offered.
It’s an eight-week course of business education programs designed to help participants grow their businesses. Class is from 5:30 to 8 p.m. with a light meal served.
Classes include networking and building relationships for business and personal success; business marketing; human resources: survival kit for small business; chamber communications/customer service; technology and social media for business; economic development; and more.
The class is limited to 12 people and there is a fee to attend.

Flex makes changes
Flex Realty has a new Designated Broker and real estate team for 2017.
Dan Speights has retired as Designated Broker and is now head of a new real estate marketing team.
His new team is comprised of two retired law enforcement officers, Gail Wiegert and Bud Jones. Both have extensive backgrounds in real estate.
Brian Monksfield is now the new Flex Designated Broker.
