“A 1940’s Radio Christmas Carol – A Musical,” at Prescott Center for the Arts, 208 N. Marina St., Prescott. It’s Christmas Eve, 1943 and the Feddington Players are now broadcasting from a hole-in-the-wall studio in Newark, NJ and set to present their “take” on Dickens’ A Christmas Carol. With noisy plumbing, missed cues, electrical blackouts and over-the-top theatrics, this radio show is an excursion into the mayhem and madness of live radio. Bicycles for Social Change, 3 to 4:30 p.m. Prescott College Chapel 220 Grove Ave. Author Sue Knaup will give an interactive presentation on bicycles for social change centering on her recently published memoir “Bike Hunt.” Book signing will follow, books are available for purchase at Peregrine Books or online book sellers. Prescott POPS Symphony “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year” Concert, 3 to 5 p.m., Yavapai College Performing Arts Center, 1100 E. Sheldon St. Maestro Joseph Place leads the POPS through many seasonal favorites, including “Sleigh Ride” and the “Hallelujah Chorus” from Handel’s “Messiah.” $5-$25.

Sixth annual Community Christmas Concert and Nativity Display at 7 p.m.; live concert features traditional music celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, hosted by the Prescott Valley Arizona Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Location is in the LDS Stake Center Chapel, 7073 Pronghorn Ranch Parkway in Prescott Valley, near the intersection of Highway 89A and Viewpoint Drive.
