Ace volleyball 18 black team earns gold

Northern Ace Volleyball Academy (NAVA) does it again! The 18 Black team from NAVA earned gold at the annual Vulture Peak Tournament for the second year in a row. This team worked diligently to obtain a record of 6-0 in the tournament with an overall record of 14-11. Daphne Skinner, a middle hitter for the 18 Black team, said, “I love working with my team to achieve our goals! Our coaches push us to improve every day and it is great when it shows on the court. Earning a medal is an awesome motivator to finish the season on top!” The Northern Ace 18 Black team competed in one more regional tournament before the regional championships April 29. They hope to accomplish a first-place finish in the championship round to end their awesome season at the top of the charts.
