Monday: French onion Salisbury steak with mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes, ginger carrots, biscuit, cottage cheese, peach cobbler.
Tuesday: Pulled pork, baked beans, coleslaw, bun, hot apples, soup du jour.
Wednesday: Lasagna, Italian blend veggies, mixed salad, garlic bread, fruit salad, pudding.
Thursday: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, carrots, tomato salad, roll, tropical fruit salad.
Friday: Baked fish, rice, stewed tomatoes, peppers and zucchini, coleslaw, bread, apricots, soup du jour.

Thursday: Baked ham with cranberry gravy, scallop potatoes, green beans, dinner roll, pecan pie with ice cream.
Friday: Quiche with spinach and bacon, hash browns with peppers and onions, cherry crisp with ice cream.
