VIDEO: CVPD fundraiser for baby girls planned

Gabrielle Farmer is recovering from surgery that removed 60 percent of her colon and 4 percent of her small intestines. She is one of two baby daughters of Chino Valley Police officers who had to have surgery recently. The department is planning an Oct. 1 fundraiser to help the two families with medical expenses.

The Chino Valley Police Department plans a spaghetti fundraising dinner for two of its officers who have babies experiencing life threatening medical conditions, Officers Stephen Farmer and Todd Hyslip.

The dinner is scheduled for Oct. 1 at the Windmill House. Ticket information will be announced later.

A silent auction is planned. Anyone interested in donating items for the auction may drop them off at the police department, or can call 928-636-4223, Ext. 2

Harper Paisley underwent open heart surgery and is still receiving medical treatments.

Gabrielle lost 4 percent of her small intestine and 60 percent of her colon.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for children and available at the CVPD building; Mazy’s Guns; State Farm (Penny Hubble); Tombstone Tactical, Olsen's Grain and Chino Valley Town Hall.
