Senior Menus for the week of Monday, Sept. 19, to Friday, Sept. 23

Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser St., Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Beef Sherry over noodles, corn, salad, bread, apricots

Tuesday: Chicken Marsala, wild rice, peas and carrots, garlic bread, peaches

Wednesday: Pork roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli and cauliflower, salad, bread, applesauce

Thursday: Baked fish, rice, green beans, cole slaw, roll, pears

Friday: Swiss steak, oven-roasted potatoes, carrots, spinach salad, bread, melon medley

Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-3337, casapv.net. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Chili cheese dogs, fruit salad, sweet potato fries, broccoli with cheese sauce, cookie, ice cream

Tuesday: Monte Cristo sandwich, green beans, cheesy potatoes, peaches, cottage cheese

Wednesday: Homemade macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes, peas and carrots, chocolate pudding, whipped cream

Thursday: Hawaiian chicken, mandarin salad, steamed rice with green onion, glazed beets, cranberry fluff

Friday: Lemon pepper fish, cole slaw, fried rice, Oriental vegetables, applesauce with fresh berries
