Senior Menus for the week of Monday, Oct. 10, to Friday, Oct. 14

Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser St., Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Oven-breaded fish, fries, cole slaw, roll, mandarin oranges, cake

Tuesday: Hearty beef chili, roasted potato, Southwest Cobb salad, tomato and cucumber salad, corn bread, apricots

Wednesday: Spaghetti and meatballs, squash medley, garden salad, garlic bread, banana pudding

Thursday: Lemon Dijon chicken, stuffing, green beans, carrots, roll, fresh orange

Friday: Turkey, mashed potatoes with skin, California blend vegetables, bread, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie

Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-3337, casapv.net. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Closed for Columbus Day

Tuesday: Quiche with ham, skillet potatoes with peppers and onions, California veggies, applesauce and berries

Wednesday: Barbecue pork, cucumber/tomato salad, steak fries, creamed carrots, fruity Jell-O, whipped cream

Thursday: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, fruit salad, chocolate mousse pie

Friday: Lemon pepper fish, pasta salad, Oriental veggies, rice, fruit crisp, ice cream

Thursday: Country-fried steak, mashed potatoes, country gravy, apples and squash, green beans, wheat roll, orange pudding

Friday: Stuffed flounder (chopped broccoli, lemon butter and parmesan), butternut squash risotto, fresh wheat roll, Ambrosia salad
