The Raven Café, 142 N. Cortez St. 928-717-0009, Maryhelen Ewing and Fil Kewanyama are the featured artists through Nov. 20. Both have diligently pursued their careers and it is evident in this exhibit. Maryhelen’s awards include first and third places in Sedona Arts Center Upcoming Artists juried exhibition, Best of Show and firsts at Prescott Center for the Arts. Kewanyama enrolled in art classes at Yavapai College in 2004, graduating with an AA. Fil is an active artist creating his work that he calls Hopi art. He is on the Board of Trustees for Smoki Museum, Board of Directors for Mountain Artists Guild, Board of Directors for ‘Tis Art Gallery and the Prescott Pow Wow Committee. Fil is also very active in all Veterans Affairs for Prescott.

’Tis Art Center and Gallery, 105 S. Cortez St. Prescott, In the Mezzanine Gallery, "Adorn Yourself" one-of-a-kind silk scarves, wearable art and jewelry by Joan Knight, Susie Straussner and Barb Wills through Nov. 14. In the Main Gallery, "Outside the Lines," presented by the Prescott Contemporary Printmakers Group through Nov. 22.

Through Nov. 10 is the Fall Juried Student Exhibition, an exhibit and opportunity to engage with student artists, art instructors and the juror, Edie Dillon; includes selections in all mediums; Ceramics, Drawing, Lapidary, Painting, Printmaking, Sculpture, Jewelry, Watercolor, Wood Turning, Photography, Graphic Design, and Digital Representations.
