Buttercup is a beautiful female calico, who was found trying to make her home in a drainage ditch.

This beautiful female calico, Buttercup, was found trying to make her home in a drainage ditch.

A very kind person, who became her foster, spotted Buttercup and brought her to the attention of the Catty Shack where she was rescued and given a warm, nurturing home with the person that found her until she could be spayed and prepared for her new forever home.

Buttercup’s estimated date of birth is September 2015. She has short, very soft calico fur and loves to have it brushed and snuggled. She is very friendly, vocal (telling us to find that forever home) and loves to be in the middle of everything.

Once you meet her, you might not be able to live without her! Want to try? Buttercup would absolutely love to have you come snuggle with her and share her friends.

You can visit the Catty Shack website at cattyshackrescue.org or, find Catty Shack on Facebook at cattyshackrescue or, better yet, come by Catty Shack, 609 S. Granite Street, Tuesday through Saturday from 10-2 for a face-to-face meeting.
