Senior Menus

Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser Street, Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Chicken and waffles, potatoes O’Brien, spinach, beets, hot pears.

Tuesday: Moroccan lemon herb chicken, carrots and peas, Casablanca rice, whole wheat bread, apricots.

Wednesday: Old fashion pot roast, mashed potatoes, carrots and onions, kidney bean salad, whole grain biscuit, fruit salad.

Thursday: Spaghetti, meatballs, Italian veggies, spinach salad (dining room), 3-bean salad (home delivery), garlic bread, mandarin oranges.

Friday: Roasted cod with orange and radicchio, peas, carrots, cucumber and tomato salad, roll, peaches.

Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-3337, casapv.net. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Quiche with bacon, soup/salad bar, Brussel sprouts in butter sauce, hash browns with peppers and onions, strawberry shortcake, ice cream.

Tuesday: Meatball marinara sub with cheese, soup/salad bar, waffle fries, green beans, sliced pears (home delivery), sherbet (in house).

Wednesday: Roasted sliced turkey on toast with gravy, salad bar, wet fries, steamed vegetables, ambrosia.

Thursday: Swedish meatballs with gravy over noodles, soup/salad bar, mixed vegetables, vanilla pudding with fresh strawberries, whip cream.

Friday: Chicken strips with ranch dressing, salad bar, garden salad, cheesy tater tots, ranch beans, mandarin orange salad.

Chino Valley Senior Center Nutrition Program, 1021 W. Butterfield 636-9114 serves from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Chicken fried steak, rustic mashed potatoes, country gravy, green beans, mixed greens, peach pudding.

Tuesday: Hot turkey sandwich with gravy, creamy mashed potatoes with sour cream, peas and pearl onion, whole wheat bread, pineapple.

Wednesday: Old fashioned pot roast, potato, carrots, onion, cabbage, 3-bean salad, whole grain biscuits, berries, ice cream.

Thursday: Three cheese and sausage lasagna, Italian mix vegetables, spinach salad, garlic toast, mandarin orange pudding.

Friday: Tuna noodle bake, peas and carrots, cucumber tomato salad, wheat roll, dessert bar.
