Cool Peachy Summer Pie
1 Graham cracker crust
1 9-ounce container of Cool Whip
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
Juice from ½ lemon
1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 regular can peaches (drained)
Whip together the cream cheese, milk, and lemon juice.
Put pineapple and peaches in blender, puree. Fold Cool Whip and pureed fruit into cream cheese mixture until smooth. Pour into crust, and put into freezer for 3 hours. Serve.
Put any uneaten portion of pie back into the freezer, to keep it firm.
