Senior Menus

Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser Street, Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Chicken fettuccini alfredo, carrots, spinach salad (dining room), cucumber and tomato salad (home delivery), garlic bread, apricots.

Tuesday: Pork roast, mashed potatoes, peas, radish jicama salad (dining room), three-bean salad (home delivery), whole wheat biscuit, peaches, cookie.

Wednesday: Shepherd’s pie, stewed tomatoes and artichoke, hot cinnamon apples.

Thursday: Curry chicken, saffron rice, chick peas, vegetable Bhaji, cucumber salad with tomatoes, bread, melon/yogurt.

Friday: Bratwurst/hotdog, sauerkraut, baked beans, potato salad, bun, strawberries and blueberries, pound cake.

Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-3337, casapv.net. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Pigs in a blanket with cheese, tater tots, sweet corn, salad bar, fruity Jell-O.

Tuesday: Homemade mac and cheese, stewed tomatoes, Brussel sprouts in butter sauce, garden salad, salad bar, pralines.

Wednesday: Breakfast pizza, hash browns with peppers/onions, salad bar, cheese pie, fruit topping.

Thursday: Sesame chicken, fried rice, sweet/sour sauce, egg rolls, citrus slaw, salad bar, fortune cookie.

Friday: Biscuits and sausage gravy, salad bar, scrambled eggs with onions and cheese, hash browns, mixed fruit.

Chino Valley Senior Center Nutrition Program, 1021 W. Butterfield 636-9114 serves from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Chicken fettuccini alfredo, summer squash, spinach salad with bacon dressing.

Tuesday: Pot roast, roasted potato, onion, carrots, cabbage, peas, wheat bread, peaches and cookies.

Wednesday: Roast turkey, sage stuffing, cranberry sauce, whipped potatoes, turkey gravy, green bean bake, cake.

Thursday: Beef tips in rich gravy over egg noodles, peas-n-pearl onions, broccoli au gratin, rice pudding.

Friday: Hot dog bar with all the fixin’s, coleslaw, cowboy beans, apple pie.
