PRESCOTT – The 5th annual Mile High Brewfest will take place on Aug. 13 in downtown Prescott from 4 to 8 p.m. Participants can sample the best regional brews and wines in the Southwest while listening to some of the top bands.
“We have plans to make this year’s event even bigger. We are adding wine tasting, more food trucks and a number of surprises to the event,” says Gillian Haley, committee chair.
Tickets are available for purchase online at www.milehighbrewfest.com. All proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Arizona.
Cost to enter: Tickets - $25 includes souvenir tasting mug, 15 taster tickets, plus the first 1,000 tickets sold receives a souvenir pint glass. Designated drivers get in free.
Organizers anticipate 2,500 to 3,000 will attend this year’s Brewfest.
The event benefits the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Arizona, which provides after-school and summer programs for children in Prescott and Prescott Valley.
