The Corporation Commission warns business owners about a solicitation that urges them to pay for services to get their Certificate of Good Standing. The solicitation comes from a company called United Filings and appears legitimate because it includes the recipients company’s name, address and entity number.
The Arizona Corporation Commission has no affiliation with United Filings. Business owners can obtain a Certificate of Good Standing through the Commission’s website, ecorp.azcc.gov. If you have any questions about obtaining a certificate of good standing for your company, contact the Customer Service Call Center at 602-542-3026 or 800-345-5819.
