Senior Menus: July 11-15

Senior Menus for the week of Monday, July 11, through Friday, July 15:

Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser Street, Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Pepper steak, stewed tomatoes, succotash-baby lima beans with corn, rice, whole wheat bread, apricots.

Tuesday: Chicken divan, mashed potatoes, peas, cornbread, fruit salad.

Wednesday: Apple glazed pork loin roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, carrots, green salad (dining room), carrot and raisin salad (home delivery), cookie.

Thursday: Lasagna, Italian blend veggies, mixed greens salad (dining room), Italian coleslaw (home delivery), garlic bread, peaches, ice cream.

Friday: Sweet and sour meatballs over rice, peas and carrots, broccoli, roll, pears and berries.

Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-3337, casapv.net. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Monte Cristo sandwich, salad bar, garden salad, baked steak fries, fruit crunch.

Tuesday: Taco salad, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, salad bar, refried beans with cheese, vegetable medley, fruit and pudding.

Wednesday: Chicken salad with craisins, apple, celery on bed of lettuce, salad bar, chips, cookie, ice cream sundae.

Thursday: Barbecue pork, salad bar, carrot and raisin salad, tater tots, baked beans, chocolate mousse with whipped cream.

Friday: Lemon pepper fish, salad bar, steamed rice, oriental vegetables, green salad.

Chino Valley Senior Center Nutrition Program, 1021 W. Butterfield 636-9114 serves from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Meatloaf, roasted red potato, beef gravy, carrots, onions, buttery cabbage cookies.

Tuesday: Turkey divan, egg noodles, peas, zucchini, berries-n-cream, cake.

Wednesday: Chicken salad on croissant, fruit salad cup, pea salad, ice cream.

Thursday: Meat lasagna, Italian blend veggies with polenta, green salad, whole grain garlic toast, peaches ‘n cream with berries.

Friday: Swedish meatballs, egg noodles, Pennsylvania Dutch green beans, carrots, bread and butter, fruit cobbler.
