Age: 54

Years in Arizona/Yavapai County: I was born, raised and have primarily lived in Arizona my whole life. I returned to Yavapai County in 1998. My husband and his parents all graduated from Prescott High-school.

Occupation: Yavapai County Assessor

Education: General Certified Appraiser (by Arizona Board of Appraisal), Level II Appraiser (by Arizona Department of Revenue)

Specific qualifications related to County Assessor’s job:

Experience: I have been the Assessor for almost eight years.

Elective and Advisory Experience: Vast amount of work on committees, town halls, speaking engagements, presentations on webinars, conferences, college classes, real estate classes and leadership programs.

Civic Affiliations: International Association of Assessing Officers, Arizona Association of Assessing Officers, National Association of County Officers, Arizona Association of Assessing Officers, Sedona Verde Valley Realtors Association, Arizona Association of Real Estate Appraisers.

Occupation: Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser; Realtor; and Commercial Property Manager.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Business from Northern Arizona University.

Specific qualifications related to County Assessor’s job: 

Experience: 20 years experience in Appraisal/Finance/Title work related to Real Estate.

Elective and Advisory Experience: No prior political experience and no prior elected office.

Civic Affiliations: None.
