Obituary: Minnie C. Evanoff
Minnie C. Evanoff of Dewey, Arizona, passed away on Dec. 25, 2015. Minnie was born on Jan. 29, 1924, to Dimitri and Sofia Makedonsky.
She was preceded in death by her husband John of 65 years of marriage; her sons Tony and Michael; three brothers William, George, Steve; and three sisters Martha, Annie, Mary. Minnie is survived by her two granddaughters, Tina and Teresa; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
Minnie studied art and interior design at SDSU in Brookings, South Dakota. She was an Interior Designer and had her own business studio for many years. Minnie enjoyed cooking and entertaining as a favorite past time and also wrote her own cook book. Minnie was a member of Prescott Art Docents, Phoenix Art Museum and a long-time member of Faith United Community Church in Dewey, Arizona.
A memorial will be at 10 a.m. on Jan. 17, 2016, at Faith United Community Church, Dewey, Arizona In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to Faith United Community Church, Dewey, Arizona.
