Obituary: Debbie Dansby

Deborah Nancy Dansby was born to Thomas and Helen Roden on November 23, 1953 in Prescott, Arizona. Debbie passed to her eternal reward on Sunday, December 11, 2016, peacefully in her sleep.

She was raised in Chino Valley, Arizona. Debbie graduated from Prescott High School in 1971. Debbie went on to receive her Masters of Education from University of Phoenix. Debbie married Harold Dansby of Bakersfield, California on Jan. 25, 1986.

In her lifetime, Debbie owned and operated four dry cleaners. The most recent being MountainAir Cleaners in her hometown of Prescott, Arizona.

Debbie was a devoted wife to her husband Harold for over thirty years. She was faithfully devoted to her beautiful Australian Shepherd fur babies, Fred and Ethel.

She is survived by her husband Harold Dansby, step-daughter Michele Sartin, two brothers Thomas and Wayland Roden, three granddaughters, nephew Scott Tracy, and countless friends and loved ones. Debbie was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Helen Roden and sister Mary Tracy.

Debbie will be missed by all those who knew her. Our loss is truly heaven’s gain.

A graveside service will take place at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, 2016, at Mountain View Cemetery at 1051 Willow Creek Road in Prescott.
