Humboldt Unified School District purchases defibrillators

Central Arizona Fire and Medical Authority firefighter Erik Trujillo and Captain Doug Niemynski deliver five automatic external defibrillator's (AED) to Humboldt Unified School District nurse Amy Stooks and secretary Shannon Chaney Wednesday afternoon. The district ordered the AED's through the fire authority and saved close to $6,000 for the devices and training. The fire authority will provide initial training in the AED use and CPR to district employees free of charge. The five AED's will now ensure all district building will have one on-site.
