Senior Menus: April 11-15

Senior Menus for the week of Monday, April 11 through Friday, April 15:

Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser Street, Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Pepper steak, rice and black beans, peppers, onions, corn, spinach salad, roll, pears.

Tuesday: Chicken divan, mashed potatoes, squash medley, cornbread, fruit salad.

Wednesday: Hungarian goulash, mashed potatoes, peas, carrot and raisin salad, fresh orange, cookie.

Thursday: Lasagna, Italian blend veggies, mixed greens salad, garlic bread, citrus salad.

Friday: Sweet and sour meatballs over rice, peas and carrots, broccoli, roll, peaches.

Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-3337, casapv.net. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Taco salad, lettuce, tomato, onion, salsa, guacamole sour cream, salad bar, refried beans, Mexi-corn, fruity Jell-O (home deliver), Sherbet (in house).

Tuesday: Cheeseburger on toasted bun with lettuce and tomato, salad bar/soup, tater tots, baked beans, lemon bars, fruit yogurt.

Wednesday: Tuna and noodles, salad bar, peas and carrots, mandarin beets, chocolate pudding with whip topping.

Thursday: Oven-fried parmesan chicken, garden salad, soup/salad bar, mashed potatoes and country gravy, steamed mixed veggies, fruit pretzel dessert.

Friday: Chili dogs, salad bar, au gratin potatoes, sweet corn, peaches and cottage cheese, cookie.

Chino Valley Senior Center Nutrition Program, 1021 W. Butterfield 636-9114 serves from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Pepper steak, squash risotto, spinach cheddar bake, whole wheat roll, strawberry Jell-O.

Tuesday: Hot turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, mashed potatoes and turkey gravy, grilled squash, peach pie.

Wednesday: Pork roast in applesauce gravy, roasted red potatoes, carrot raisin salad, California veggie mix, ice cream.

Thursday: Sausage and three cheese lasagna, Italian blend vegetables, mixed greens salad, ambrosia.

Friday: Salisbury steak, whipped potatoes, mushroom gravy, buttered corn, cabbage, whole grain bread, fruit salad Jell-O.
