Prescott Unified School District employees have led the campaign to pass the most recent bond and override election. They have spent their free time to hold and attend meetings to educate the public of the importance of this measure.
The materials they have provided to the parents and community members to educate all of us and the money they have spent out of their own pockets is truly heart-warming and admired.
They stood on corners before and after school, holding signs in a plea for community members to register and vote to support our schools. Their commitment to providing a high level of education to our children is undeniable.
These amazing community members didn't stop there. When the bond and override was successfully passed, these PUSD employees, from teaching aides to the superintendent, stood on those same corners holding signs thanking us! One morning I saw them it was 30 degrees.
No PUSD, Thank YOU!
