Library's Tea Party an elegant success
The Tea Party at the Cordes Lakes Library was an elegant affair, complete with China cups and saucers, specialty teas, tea cakes and brownies.
The discussion was about the Queen of England, Elizabeth, and her family, which was quite appropriate for a tea party.
But, of course, the conversation drifted to the candle sales and how much the Friends of the Library managed to raise.
A quick count by Karon Trovillion determined that the event was quite successful and the children's activities would continue at the library.
