Obituary: Evelyn Mae Wallace

Evelyn Mae Wallace was born on November 14, 1933, in Blue Island, IL. She was the youngest child of Harold and Evelyn Anderson. In 1952, Evelyn married Roy Thomas Wallace Jr. During their years of marriage, they were blessed with four beautiful children. Evelyn resided in Eureka, IL for sixty years, where she was an active member of her church and community. She enjoyed playing games, reading, surrounding herself with friends, but most of all her family.

Evelyn Mae Wallace passed away peacefully on February 22, 2015. She was surrounded by the love of her family in the days and months preceding her passing. Her infectious smile, caring touch, and love will forever be missed.

Evelyn is survived by her four children; David Wallace of Houston, TX, Beth Steveson of Prescott Valley, AZ, Lynne Johnson of Monticello, WI, and Kathleen (Bill) Vonbrethorst of Ennis, MT. As well as eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

A service in her honor will be held on June 20, 2015 in Eureka, IL.
