CASA for Kids receives recent donations totaling over $10,000
Yavapai CASA for Kids Foundation (CASA for Kids), a non-profit organization that serves the unmet needs of abused and/or neglected children who are in the care of the Court in Yavapai County (and often living in foster homes), is grateful to everyone who donated to our organization on Arizona Gives Day 2015.
Thanks to a $5,000 matching donation challenge from Arizona Community Foundation - Prescott Charitable Fund, we received over $10,000 in donations on Arizona Gives Day. In addition to knowing that their support will help children in foster care with educational, medical, clothing, sports activities and other needs the State cannot meet, our individual cash donors may receive a tax credit on their 2015 Arizona State tax obligation because CASA for Kids is an Arizona Qualified Foster Care Charitable Organization.
CASA for Kids thanks all our donors and our special collaborators for the 2015 Arizona Gives Day event including West Yavapai Guidance Clinic and El Gatos, Starbucks, Prescott College and Cuppers.
