Obituary: Jeannine Grace Storelli

Jeannine Grace Storelli, 84, of Prescott, Arizona, died on Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2015, at the Good Samaritan Society Prescott Hospice.

Jeannine was born Jan. 17, 1931, in Niagara Falls, New York to Royal and Anna Langdon. She lived her early years in Niagara Falls and other upstate New York communities, graduating from Massena High School. She moved, along with her mother and siblings, to Ithaca, New York, where she met and married Clarence Brashear, the father of her five children.

Jeannine married her third husband, Jim Storelli, in 1985. They lived in the Ithaca area until retirement in 1996. Her final career was as a real estate agent. In 2000, she and Jim relocated to Prescott, where she lived her remaining 15 years.

She was an avid reader and enjoyed sewing and other craft activities. She was a member and "Queen Mum" of a Red Hat group, as well as a participant in a senior ladies dance group. She was especially proud of her volunteer activities with the Yavapai Regional Medical Center, Habitat for Humanity Thrift Store, and the Coalition for Compassion and Justice.

Jeannine is survived by her husband Jim of Prescott; sister Diane Hendricks of Gladwyn, Michigan; brother John Langdon of North Chili, New York; three daughters, Kathy Rensberry of Clearwater, Florida, Cheryl Roe of Manlius, New York, and Nancy Davis of Virginia Beach, Virginia; two sons, Daniel Brashear of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, Brian Brashear of Trumansburg, New York; eight granddaughters; and 11 great-grandchildren.

There will be a Celebration of Life service honoring Jeannine at the Prescott United Methodist Church at a later date. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Coalition for Compassion and Justice, P.O. Box 1882, Prescott, AZ 86302.
