VILLAGE OF OAK CREEK - Beat the winter chill with some Hot Blues, Jazzy Pop and Classic Rock at the Marketplace Café with the Millers & Martin Trio on Saturday, Jan. 17, from 6-9 p.m.

Three popular Sedona musicians - Eric Miller, Robin Miller, Susannah Martin will keep it cozy with fiery guitar work, rich vocals and a groove to move on.

The passion of latin music richly colors the instrumental and vocal style of Eric Miller who has traveled to Spain to study the art of flamenco guitar and equally excels in Brazilian styles.

An award-winning songwriter, many of Eric's original compositions will highlight the evening. Robin Miller brings powerful blues and rock based guitar and vocals to the group.

His masterful guitar soloing is honed by over 40 years of professional experience. As a prolific songwriter, several of Robin's original songs will also be featured throughout the evening.

With an ability to sing in several different languages and to improvise fluidly, vocalist Susannah Martin gives the band a unique flair.

She wails on R&B or Rock tunes, delivers a touch of sultry jazz and sings fluently in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Susannah also adds a groovy beat on cajón and hand percussion.

The Marketplace Café offers an exceptional performance and dining value to the public with no cover charge.
