Senior Menus for the week of Monday, Feb. 23 through Friday, Feb. 27:
Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser Street, Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.
Monday: Pepper steak, brown rice and black beans, peppers, onions, spinach salad, whole grain roll, cake.
Tuesday: Pork loin chops, sauerkraut, boiled potatoes, glazed carrots, whole wheat roll, apple.
Wednesday: Baked fish, wild rice, corn and black beans, green salad, cookie.
Thursday: Roast beef, mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes, whole grain biscuits, bananas, pudding.
Friday: Salad day.

Monday: Grilled ham and cheese sandwich with tomato, garden salad, salad bar, hash brown potatoes, baked beans, fruit and cottage cheese.
Tuesday: Liver and onions, garden salad, salad bar, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas and carrots, fruity Jell-O with whipped topping.
Wednesday: Tamale pie, salad bar, lettuce, tomato, Mexicali corn, Spanish rice, ambrosia (home delivery), raspberry-chocolate ice cream sundae (in house).
Thursday: Hearty beef stew with potatoes, carrots, onions, garden salad, salad bar, green beans, hot cinnamon applesauce, cake.
Friday: Quiche with ham and bacon, garden salad, salad bar, green vegetables, stewed tomatoes, fruity Jell-O with whipped topping.

Monday: Salisbury steak, potatoes and mushroom gravy, spinach salad, buttered peas, roll and butter, plum pudding.
Tuesday: Potatoes O'Brian, cheesy scrambled, sausage gravy over biscuits, cowboy coffee cake, cinnamon apples.
Wednesday: Chicken Alfredo, bowtie pasta with Parmesan cream sauce with bacon, asparagus with lemon, buttered spinach, cake.
Thursday: Shepherd's pie, mixed vegetables, fried cabbage with bacon, strawberry/banana pudding.
Friday: Lasagna, garlic toast, minestrone soup, Caesar salad, pineapple chunks, tiramisu (an Italian dessert).
