Cordes Lakes Daze boasts a dunker, a junker, games, trains and shady dames
Cordes Lakes Daze is this Saturday, Sept. 20, with a change in venue.
The event will be held at Henry Cordes Park on Stagecoach Trail to accommodate more space for all of the activities. A walk-a-thon gets things in motion at 8 a.m., and the parade starts at 9 a.m. at the Community Center, proceeding north on Cordes Lakes Drive to Stagecoach, then west to the park.
There will be carnival rides, games, a train ride, a demolition car and much more. The dunk tank will be available to get your favorite people wet. Come to see the Wildcat cheerleaders and the Regulators and their Shady Ladies perform.
And don't forget the raffles for a Ruger and a Luke Bryan guitar.
There is something for everyone at this year's Cordes Lakes Days, so plan to spend a few hours enjoying this special event.
