Music video by American Idol star David Archuleta is truly GLORIOUS
This video features American Idol star David Archuleta singing his new single, "Glorious." It is a beautiful song and I felt compelled to share its message.
The stunning footage in the video is from the documentary film "Meet the Mormons" that opened in theaters across the country Oct. 10. The movie includes the amazing story of Gail Halvorsen, known as "The Candy Bomber" during the 1940s Berlin Airlift.
This is Archuleta's first single in years, and it is a wonderful piece to restart his career. Archuleta has been in Chile for the past two years serving as a volunteer full-time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
As you listen to the words, think about the good people in your life. Think about how "everyone plays a piece and there are melodies in each one of us." Think about how glorious that truly is.
[Verse:]
There are times when you might feel aimless
You can't see the places where you belong
But you will find that there is a purpose
It's been there within you all along
And when you're near it you can almost hear it.
[Chorus:]
It's like a symphony just keep listenin'
And pretty soon you'll start to figure out your part
Everyone plays a piece and there are melodies
In each one of us, oh, it's glorious
[Verse 2:]
You will know how to let it ring out as you discover who you are
Others around you will start to wake up
To the sounds that are in their hearts
It's so amazin', what we're all creatin'
[Chorus:]
It's like a symphony just keep listenin'
And pretty soon you'll start to figure out your part
Everyone plays a piece and there are melodies
In each one of us, oh, it's glorious
[Bridge:]
And as you feel the notes build
You will see
[Chorus:]
It's like a symphony just keep listenin'
And pretty soon you'll start to figure out your part
Everyone plays a piece and there are melodies
In each one of us, oh, it's glorious
